This Insight template integrates data from XML messages or documents into Microsoft CRM, creating the following objects in Microsoft CRM:
- Lead
- Lead Activity
- Account Activity (History)

- Includes a functional sample web page for capturing lead data and creating XML from the lead data.
- Demonstrates three methods for moving the XML data from your Web site to your integration server: Microsoft Message Queue, E-mail, and File.
- Provides several Monitors and Data Views for business activity monitoring on lead activity and lead inactivity.
- The template design can be used to integrate lead data coming from a database instead of XML.
- The template can be modified to create cases or other objects in Microsoft CRM.

Installation Instructions:
- If you have not already done so, please review the Insight Template Overview document.
- Install and configure the WebLeads Form component. This will set up your Web server to enable you to use the sample Web form to capture the lead information.
- Configure the Company Match feature using the Configuration Utility. This will enable you to use the standard company matching method used by Scribe templates.
- Install the Lead Integration Template for Microsoft CRM by clicking the "LeadIntegration_for_MSCRM.exe" link in the Attachments section below.
