The Scribe Expert Advisory Services is configured to provide 2 hours of advise and support expertise at the following review intervals of a Scribe implementation:

 

1.       Requirements gathering and Scribe Insight Install

2.       Configuring and designing Scribe Insight custom mappings

3.       Integration and customization test

4.       Production deployment

 

In this role, the Scribe Consultant will act in an advisory and review capacity only, with the end-user or reseller consultant acting as the lead implementer on the project.

Does not include training

Time to complete: 8 hours @ $250/hour

• Unless otherwise indicated, all consulting and support services are provided remotely from Scribe’s offices.
• All consulting hours and support incidents expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
