Prerequisite: Scribe Migration training

Course Objectives:

This course is designed primarily for a technical user who is responsible for migrating data into SalesLogix for a one time migration or who will perform ad hoc or periodic data loads into SalesLogix.

In this course you will learn:

• How to Work with the Adapter for SalesLogix
• How to install the Scribe bundle on the SalesLogix system
• How to use Adapter virtual fields and custom functions
• How to configure Adapter metadata
• How configure default and individual DTS user/owner mapping
• How to create new user/owner maps
• How to use target field properties
• How to use lookup objects for data comparison against virtual fields

The course is delivered during an instructor-lead Web meeting. The live session is offered once per month, or user may view recorded session at their convenience.
