Prerequisite: Scribe Integration Training
Course Objectives:
This course is designed for the administrator responsible for maintaining the Scribe integration between Great Plains and Microsoft CRM.
In this course you will learn:
- The integration architecture and with an explanation of what data is shared, and how and when it gets shared
- How to use Scribe Console to support and maintain the integration on a daily basis
- How to troubleshoot and resolve errors in the main points of the integration
- How to proactively check the “health” of the integration
- How to take advantage of the integration with business activity monitoring
- How to apply Scribe best practices for managing the integration components
- The technical resources available for Scribe Insight and the integration
